To disable right click function on the desktop using Registry

Steps to disable right click function on desktop

Step 1: Click Start button and type Regedit in Run option and click enter.


Step 2: Then locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer


 
Step 3:  Right Click on the right side of the panel and create a new DWORD value with the name NoViewContextMenu and assign the value to 1



Step 4: Now restart your system for the changes to take effect.

Imp: If you want to enable this, just set the value to 0 or delete the DWORD NoViewContextMenu
