Steps to disable the blinking cursor in Desktop

Step 1: Click on Start button and type regedit in RUN option and continue.

Step 2: Then locate the location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Step 3: Right click on the right side panel and create a new string file with name CursorBlink and value -1

Step 4: Now restart your system for the changes to take place.
