Steps to increase Speed of Start Menu.
Step 1: Click Start button and type Regedit in Run option.
Step2: In Registry, Goto the location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ MenuShowDelay.
Step 3: open MenuShowDelay, by default its value is 400, now change the value between 0 to 400, to get max speed, set the value to 0
Step 4: Now restart your system for the changes to take effect.
